I am not a registered user can I still list my property?
Yes, you are registered as part of the property listing process.
I am already a registered user can I still list my property?
It depends if you already have a property listing. Visit the Plans & Pricing section to find out more about the different packages available. Don’t forget we do run special offers so look out for the coupon codes on our website, facebook, twitter and your local press!
Is Coupon Code that I have entered correct?
Once you have entered your Coupon Code you need to click the Review Your Listing button. You will then either have the option to edit it or an option to Pay and Publish. Once you are happy click the Pay and Publish button. If you have entered a valid FREE listing code then you should get a screen telling you the listing has been submitted successfully. If it is a money saving Coupon Code you will be taken to PayPal to pay for your listing whatever the difference is minus the Coupon Code amount.

What options are there to list property?

Do I have to pay commission fees as well?
No. All we charge for is your listing. Or if you have a Coupon Code that entitles you to a free listing, then we won’t charge you! No other fees; it is as simple as that!
Do I have to pay to renew my listing?
Yes, all listings that are subject to renewal will be charged the standard rate. Visit the Plans & Pricing section to find out more.
Do I have to use an estate agent if I am selling or letting property?
No, if you are wanting to sell or let property you can do so by placing an ad on our site.
Are you an estate agent?
We are not estate agents. So no estate agent fees, no commission on sale completion. We are simply a lead referral service.
What if I am using an estate agent already to sell my property?
No problem as the use of a private internet referral service like us does not affect the most common form of agents contract (Sole Agency).
The Office of Fair Trading confirms that a ‘sole agency’ allows an individual to sell property privately: “The Estate agent is the only agent with the right to sell your property. If you find a buyer yourself, you don’t have to pay the estate agents commission…”
If you have agreed to ‘sole selling rights’ then you may still have to pay the agents commission even if you sell it yourself…although ‘sole selling rights’ are less likely to used by estate agents, it is worthwhile checking your agreement.
Don’t I need estate agents to value my property?
No. There are online services that can give you information about flat and house prices in your area.
