A Guide To Listing Property For Sale or To Rent in Cheshire, Wirral, Liverpool and Merseyside
Listing property for sale or to rent with MovingSoon is simple. From the homepage select then submit property advert button in the top right hand corner. Once this is pressed you have two options that you can select to be an existing user or a new user.
If you are an existing user please enter your login and password details. Once you’ve done that you will see in the top right hand corner your name and your dashboard link. If you have forgotten click the appropriate link.
If you aren’t already an existing user then select the new user option.
Add your contact details if you are a new user. These will be visible once your listing is live so it will depend on how much information you wish to display.
Listing property with all the relevant information
You can then start listing property with all the relevant information. There is also an option to upload photos. However all images should be no bigger than 2 MB each in size. If you attempt to upload any that are higher than 2 MB it will not be allowed. You will be faced with an error message saying that the photos haven’t been allowed because it over the selected maximum image size.
Fill in the details of your property listing and select the appropriate package. If you have a special offer ‘Coupon Code’ you can add it here as well. Please visit the Plans & Pricing section to find out more about the different packages available. Then select the Review Your Listing button.
In this case the Bronze Package has been selected. There are now three options available. You can click Cancel to not process your property listing. You can also select the Go back and Edit button to change details of your listing before submitting it. The final option is to select the Pay & Publish option. Don’t worry you will not be charged at this point if it is a free listing.
Once you are happy and you have clicked the Pay & Publish button. If it is a free listing you will see the screen above. If there is a charge you will be taken to PayPal screens. Upon successful completion of the transaction you will then be taken to the screen shown above. Your property listing will be submitted for review. All listings should go live within 48 hours of it being submitted. Please do Contact Us if it has not been approved within this time period.
All listings need to adhere to our standards. Any spam or non relevant listings will not be uploaded on to the website.
