According to Project Scot, Manor Estates Housing Association (MEHA) will be delivering 19 homes, comprising 15 mid-market and four social rented properties near to Queensferry Crossing. The homes will be available in early 2024, and a further 25 affordable homes will be delivered later in the build programme.

Scottish Housing News have reported that Heimstaden Bostad AB has agreed to fund and acquire PLATFORM_’s 464-home residential project in Edinburgh. The development is in the Bonnington regeneration area, 2 km (1.2 miles) north of Edinburgh’s city centre, to which it will be connected by tram from 2023. A quarter of the predominantly two- and three-bedroom homes will be offered as intermediate housing at discounts of around 40% to open market rents.

The Scotsman has reported housing association Dunedin Canmore is to start work on an Edinburgh development that will provide 300 affordable homes. Plans for the affordable homes involve the construction of 168 homes for social rent and 132 for mid-market rent. The first phase of the homes should be ready by the end of 2024.
