We can consider the following 

Couples aged 55 and over who require the use of 2 separate bedrooms – we will look at the needs before consideration

Couples with a  a permanent live in carer  with the need for 2 separate bedrooms

Single applicants with a permanent live in carer with the need  for 2 separate bedrooms

Couples who require the use of 2 separate bedrooms and who have an adult child as close to the age of 55 as possible still living at home – we will look at the family circumstances before consideration

2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom

Bathroom is a shower room with WC

Pets are permitted

Gas heating

Total weekly rent £200.55 ( rent 178.55, services 22.28)

A maximum of 2 weeks rent will be requested at sign up

Applicants will be required to complete a scheme visit and assessment
