Karbon Homes are proud to offer one and two bedroom apartments to let in our retirement living schemes Vicarage Court and Lonsdale Court.  Each building boasts spacious apartments offering the opportunity for independent living within a safe and friendly scheme. There are communal spaces available for tenants to socialise in a warm environment without having to leave the block. Communal laundry facilities with dryers, and bin shoots prevent then need to go outside in poor conditions! Each scheme has it’s own social events agenda, and when possible have regular cards’ afternoons or bingo nights. What we love about Vicarage Court and Lonsdale Court is the choice we are able to offer to you! You are able to meet up and chat with other residents in the communal spaces, or have some quiet time to themselves within your own flat.

Externally there are shared garden spaces. Residents can be allocated a patch to maintain and garden if they wish to do so, or can simply sit out and enjoy the sunshine.  Karbon have recently installed scooter-huts, where resident can park and charge electronic scoots keeping them safe and dry.
