No you aren’t. We offer extremely flexible terms meaning you are not tied in to a long contract that is not working for you.
We have been trading since 2013. Originally working with housing associations. We’ve gone on to work with councils, estate agents and letting agents.
If you have rental properties, typically these can range from social rent, through to intermediate and market rent properties. We only advertise properties for rent that are at or below the average rent in the UK. These can range from general needs through to over 55s housing too.
Same for shared ownership, these can either be for first time buyers, those downsizing, or those looking to get back on the property ladder.
For outright sale properties we typically advertise those that are at or below £300,000 currently, with the exception of London due to the average house price being higher.
