As reported by Built Environment Networking, Dolphin Living and Berkeley Group have partnered to provide 13 intermediate affordable apartments in the City of Westminster.The deal will be classed as intermediate rent and comprises one, two and three-bed to be made available to Westminster residents and workers with household incomes of less than £90,000.

It has been reported by the Construction Enquirer that Henry Construction Projects has been confirmed as the preferred contractor for phases 2 and 3 of a major housing regeneration scheme planned by Clarion Housing Group in the London Borough of Merton. The scheme will include 105 low-rise homes made up of a mix of houses and apartments plus community centre. Construction is expected to start later this year with completion due in 2025.
