As reported by Place North West Torus are set to build 185 apartments and 10 townhouses on a Stanley Dock site. The first phase of these affordable homes aim to be delivered in October 2024.

As reported by YM Liverpool the former training ground of Liverpool FC will be developed by Torus. These include 96 one and two-bedroom apartments. These will be made available via Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
