We are pleased to bring to the market this 1 bedroom Flat For Rent. It is situated in Brierley Hill, West Midlands and is available 16/02/2026. The property can house single applicants only, and is situated on the first floor of the Category 1 scheme side of Myles Court – a Retirement Living complex. (The properties on this side of the Court are in blocks of 4 dwellings, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor). Resident would need to be able to ascend / descend an internal stairwell to be able to access this dwelling on a daily basis. This accommodation is unfurnished, though it does offer comparatively new and recently shampooed carpets, to lounge and bedroom, if required. The scheme has an external  laundry, guest room and small communal lounge. The scheme is ‘pet friendly’, and a pet policy would need to be implemented, as there is an obligation to provide details of the pet,  including which Vet the pet is registered with, and who would  look after the pet should the resident be taken ill.

The quoted weekly rental costs are inclusive of gas central heating and hot water, as each side of the scheme has a boiler room which produces heating and hot water on a flow and return system to all dwellings within the scheme, including the external facilities mentioned. The rent costs also include the current support charge portioned between Local Housing Manager costs, and an out of hours call support centre. The service charge quoted has been calculated to the ‘monthly’ requirement stated. (For reference, this figure equates, currently, to 41.09 per week). There is currently a revue of costs in process for the new financial year, 2026/27.

Viewings are undertaken by mutually agreeable appointment only, and interested parties would need to be added to the waiting list, prior to being offered a tenancy.
