Premier has reported a major redevelopment project forming part of the transformation of Bristol’s historic waterfront reached a key milestone on May 12th with the topping out of McArthur’s Yard. The development is being delivered by The Guinness Partnership in collaboration with The Hill Group to create 142 new homes of which 50% will be affordable. The development will provide a range of one, two and three-bedroom homes for shared ownership, market sale and social rent as well as commercial space.
