Housing association Affinity Sutton is holding an Open House event to showcase its available properties and to provide the opportunity to speak to representatives from Affinity Sutton’s Community Investment team about the support available to residents.
The event, open to the public, will take place on Monday 9th May 2016 from 10am to 4pm in Affinity Sutton’s communal hall at28 Holywell Close, Barrack Road. A show flat will be available for viewing in Hartford House, opposite the venue.
Lisa Russell, head of lettings at Affinity Sutton, said: “As a housing association, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent landlord service to every resident. Our in-house repairs service consistently yields high levels of customer satisfaction and unlike landlords in the private sector we offer the added value of a range of support and advice services free to our residents. Our community investment programme is one of the largest of its kind and last year we helped 900 people into work and placed around 100 apprentices. We also offer support on money matters and getting online and we have a dedicated neighbourhood investment team to help with community events and projects.
