The bright and comfortable communal lounge is ideal for meeting with neighbours, welcoming visitors, and a place to gather together for social events. The Loaning has a laundry area, with
washing and drying facilities and a secure storage space for mobility scooters.

The development has two guest bedrooms, one twin with en-suite bathroom, and one single. These are available to visiting family members and friends and are charged at a rate of £20 per night.

Well maintained gardens and a summer house can be enjoyed by all residents, with a small area set aside for those who would like to get their hands dirty and do a bit of gardening of their own. A great
