3 bedroom house located in Shobdon, Herefordshire.  Please only apply if you meet 1 of the following criteria:

• Must already live in Shobdon for at least 12 months
• Must be employed in Shobdon only for at least 16 hours a week for at least 12 months
• Must have either parents, children, brothers and sisters already living in the area for 1 year

If we get no applicants that meet this criteria then we will invite applicants who meet the same criteria but will cascade out to the areas of Kingsland, Aymestry, Byton, Pembridge or Eardisland.  Proof will also be required of connection.

Up to 2 weeks rent required in advance of time of sign up.  Gas central heating, shower over bath and property will be completely unfurnished with no flooring or appliances.

Maximum occupancy of 5 – no overcrowding permitted and full bedroom occupancy required.   Pets allowed within reason.
