Abri have a small number of homes within Windsor that are specifically for applicants whom are Key Workers. A Key Worker is a public sector employee who provides a vital service, particularly within the Police, Health or Education sectors. We are pleased to be able to offer this Key Worker shared accommodation which is located in Imperial Park, Windsor.

We offer an Assured Shorthold Tenancy to applicants moving into our Key Worker accommodation. If you are a Key Worker. please ensure your employment details are up to date on your application. 

The furnished rooms are available for single occupancy within a shared flat with communal lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

Rent includes Council Tax & Service Charges.

Furnishings included:  chest of drawers, wardrobe and curtains.

One months rent will be required as a deposit that will be paid into a deposit protection scheme.

Monthly rent payable in advance by direct debit.

For Key Workers to be considered they must work in the following areas:

• Planning

• Education
