Trafalgar Quarters is a sheltered scheme for people aged over 60 and contains 21 one bedroom flats. The scheme is owned by Greenwich Hospital, a Crown Royal Navy Charity, for occupation only by ex RN, RM, WRNS, QARRNS, RN National Service, RFA or RNXS personnel, their spouses, partners, widows or widowers who are aged 60 or over.
Trafalgar Quarters is Grade II Listed, built in 1813 as lodgings for officers of the adjacent Greenwich Hospital. All flats are self-contained with a bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom.
There is an enclosed courtyard at the rear. Facilities include: communal lounge and kitchen, shared laundry facilities, hairdressing salon, a guest bedroom and a lift. There is easy access to shops, buses, GP surgeries and the post office.
