Project Scotland has reported 63 social houses will be delivered by First Endeavour LLP, under a design and build contract for Hillcrest Homes at Straik Road in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. The homes will comprise a mix of houses and flats ranging from one to four-bedrooms. The contract is valued at £9 million and is due for completion in September 2023.
