At Karbon Homes, we build, manage and look after approximately 32,000 homes for people across the North East of England and Yorkshire, and we’re developing more homes every year.

Since our formation in 2017, we’ve focused on delivering our three strategic aims – to provide as many good quality homes as we can, to deliver excellent service to our customers, and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities. We provide people with the strong foundations they need to get on with life.

As a housing association, we offer a range of different types of homes, as well as a variety of options for renting or buying a home with us, including Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy.
